By registering an account, making a transaction, or simply browsing the OnyxCode platform, you are legally bound to comply with all engagements and service regulations published below.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital contents (source code, application catalogs, master designs, portfolio text/imagery) are the full property of OnyxCode. It is strictly prohibited to re-engineer, decompile, or resell source codes without a commercial Extended License from the platform.

2. Transactions & Product Terms

  • Every transaction via iPaymu payment gateway (my.ipaymu.com) is binding; you understand the portfolio preview or relevant DEMO application before settling the payment.
  • Refund Policy: We do not serve absolute digital refund claims. All complaints must be resolved through Client Services. Read more on our Refund Policy page.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

The platform may not be abused. You are prohibited from injecting malware, exploiting databases, deploying spam bots, or distributing gambling, racist, violating, or pornographic content.

4. Regulatory Policy Amendments

OnyxCode management holds absolute jurisdiction at any time to edit, clarify specific details, or revoke the contents of this document. It is recommended for consumers to review this prior to routine purchases.
