Refund Policy

This policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds on digital product purchases at OnyxCode (https://onyxcode.my.id/).

1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All products sold on this platform are digital products including source code, templates, and other digital assets. Due to the nature of products that can be immediately accessed and downloaded after successful payment, we do not accept refunds once the product has been downloaded or license access has been granted.

2. Exceptions When a Refund May Be Requested

We will consider refund requests only under the following conditions:

• Payment was successfully charged but the product/access could not be provided due to a system error on our end.
• Double charge (duplicate billing) for the same transaction.
• The product received differs significantly from its listed description.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To submit a refund request, contact us within 3 x 24 hours of the transaction date, providing:

• Full name and email address used at the time of purchase.
• Order ID number (available on the Order History page).
• A clear reason for the refund request.
• Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction receipt).

4. Refund Process & Timeline

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned via the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to the policies of your bank or payment provider.
